Sun exposure with Golfers

Many people do not think that golfers could suffer from skin problems, but they do. Being out on the green in the sun can cause you to have sun damage to the skin over a period of years. It can also lead to fine lines, wrinkles, dehydration, chronic redness or the appearance of fatigued skin or Golfers' Vasculitis.

For the unfortunate few, they can even suffer from pre-cancerous cells or even melanoma.

For male and female golfers alike, it can be a good idea to take good care of your skin, that way, you do not suffer from early aging or any of the other unsavory things that can happen to your skin. It is a good idea to use sunscreen on your hands, arms, and face before you hit the green. If you are balding on top, wear a hat to keep your head from getting too much sun.
